Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Information Management or relevant degree program;
• Minimum 300-hour internship duration;
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software;
• Familiarity with troubleshooting common IT issues; and
• Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig City.

Job Description:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer, and software issues at Level 1;
• Assist in maintaining computer inventory;
• Aid employees with the installation of necessary software applications;
• Assist in replacing or repairing defective parts and equipment;
• Perform routine server monitoring;
• Monitor and remove viruses, spyware, and other unauthorized software;
• Assist new employees with network log-ins;
• Enroll new employees in biometrics systems;
• Prepare workstations for new employees; and
• Complete special projects as assigned.
