Leads Management Junior Associate

The Leads Management Junior Associate handles inquiries from multiple channels, records details in databases, and ensures timely transfer to the appropriate team. They provide accurate information on services, follow up on leads, maintain data accuracy, and serve as backup for the Front Desk when needed. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Job Requirements:
- College graduate in any field.
- Fresh graduate or 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Preferably with experience in customer service or business development.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in proper phone etiquette.
- Able to work well under pressure and effectively collaborate as a team player.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City.
- Accurately record details of all incoming inquiries from channels such as email, phone, messaging apps (Viber, Whats App, etc.), Skype, walk-ins, social media, and other forums.
- Answer calls, log caller details in the SDG Inquiries spreadsheet and Pipedrive, and promptly forward them to the Leads Management team or appropriate consultant/department.
- Provide accurate information about company services, including those of affiliate companies, and assist potential clients as needed.
- Follow up on the status of inquiries forwarded to KMC consultants according to SDG protocols.
- Regularly update and ensure the accuracy of encoded data in the SDG spreadsheet and Pipedrive, ensuring follow-up schedules for KMC leads are adhered to.
- Serve as backup Front Desk Associate when the Receptionist is on leave or unavailable.
