A Glimpse into Your New Role

As a Leads Verification Specialist, you’ll primarily be responsible for translating the invites via tendering in accordance with a specific template and must accomplish the required fields accurately. Data entry must strictly follow the guidelines based on the type of market the invite is going to be published for.

You are also responsible in ensuring to zero out all postings in the portals/sites as they have critical time margin to be attended and completed.

What You’ll Bring

Excellent communicator in English language (written and spoken).
Knowledgeable about contact center operations and metrics preferably in Australian lines of business
Must, at least, have finished high school.
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft office applications skills
Helpful, patient and friendly attitude with a drive to take on new challenges and learn.
Possesses excellent attention details and good in multi-tasking.
Open to working in shifting schedules.
