Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the Management Committee (Mancom) and Company President provides high-level administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective time management, and strategic coordination. This role demands professionalism, discretion, and exceptional organizational skills to assist in managing both executive and operational aspects of the business.
Job Description:
Executive Support:
  • Provide trusted support to the Company President and Management Committee (Mancom).
  • Handle personal tasks with discretion.
Administrative Support:
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, edit, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for meetings.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality.
Communication & Liaison:
  • Act as the main contact between the Company President, Mancom, and stakeholders.
  • Track and follow up on key decisions and actions.
  • Handle external communications and maintain client/partner relationships.
Project Management:
  • Coordinate special projects and cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Plan and manage company events and executive functions.
  • Organize and maintain information and documentation.
Operational Efficiency:
  • Streamline administrative processes and implement best practices.
  • Manage office resources and supplies.
Travel & Expense Management:
  • Arrange domestic and international travel.
  • Prepare and process expense reports.
Prioritization & Time Management:
Handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Job Specification:
Knowledge:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Communications, or related fields; certifications are a plus.
  • Business acumen and understanding of executive support and office management.
  • Proficiency in professional communication, confidentiality practices, and office productivity tools.
Skills:
  • Strong organizational, time management, and calendar management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and adaptability skills.
  • High attention to detail, event planning, and meeting coordination expertise.
Attitude and Abilities:
  • Proactive, discreet, and relationship-oriented.
