IT Project Assistant

- Assist the IT Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Communicate with team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using project management software.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standards throughout project lifecycles.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Support in risk management and change management processes.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication within the project team and across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Assistant or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with IT terminology and processes.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
