SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:

• The ability to guide and inspire team members to meet tight deadlines within the budget and highest quality.
• PMP Certification or other projects or project management qualification preferred.
• Skilled in both Agile and Hybrid (Agile-waterfall) methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
• Ten (10) or more years of experience in entire software development life cycle with 7 or more year(s) of experience in Project Management.
• Prior experince in relation to the field of Banking & Finance or Cards and Payment Systems will be considered as an added advantage.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for managing and delivering projects on time, on budget and with quality.
• Providing project leadership throughout the project planning, implementation and post-launch support.
• Should be able to review of data collected through requirement gathering session, analyzing important business data and presenting the Software Requirement Specification, User Manuals and Change Request Forms.
• Should be comfortable with working on both technical and business matters.
• Ensuring resorce availability and effect resource allocation for the project.
• Adhering to Project Management discipline and standards, should be able to provide input and insight for improvement as necessary.
• Coordinating and leading Business Analysis Compliance Checking, obtaining Software Requirement Specificationa and Customer Acceptance signoffs.
• Should be an effective communicator and problem solver.
• Should be able to work with different levels of stakeholders and maintaining a good relationship.
