Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
b. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
c. Respond to service issues and requests in a timely manner.
d. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
e. Provide technical support across the company.
f. Troubleshoot and install CCTV systems.
g. Document IT procedures and troubleshooting logs.
h. Support staff with technology use and data management.
Qualifications:
a. Must be a College Level student or a College Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Technician, or a related field.
b. With or without experience.
c. Background in CCTV, telephone systems, biometrics setup, and PC/Server maintenance.
d. Knowledgeable in layout editing and design.
