The Jewelry Sales Specialist will play a key role in establishing the business presence of the company in the Philippines. This position involves increasing the brand’s visibility through social media, online selling, and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Sales, Digital Marketing, or Jewelry Design are a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the jewelry, luxury goods, or fashion industry.
• Experience in social media management and online selling is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving online engagement.
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness, as the role involves close collaboration with the owner.

• Strong communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficiency in social media platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) and digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, Google Analytics, email marketing).

Job Description:
A. Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely manner.

B. Online Sales and Marketing:

• Manage the company’s online store and ensure that product listings are accurate, appealing, and up-to-date.
• Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales to the website and online store.
• Utilize various digital marketing tools, such as SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising, to increase online sales.

C. Customer Relations:

• Provide excellent customer service and support, both online and offline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

D. Business Development:

• Assist the owner in identifying new business opportunities and potential markets in the Philippines.
• Participate in the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

E. Administrative Support:

• Act as the owner’s right hand in managing daily business operations.
• Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the business and assist in any ad hoc tasks as required.
