A KOL Specialist collaborates with online brands to promote products or services to their large social media following. They create engaging content, such as reviews, endorsements, and product showcases, to influence the purchasing decisions of their audience and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with influencers and KOLs to amplify brand exposure and reputation. Serve as a liaison between brands and influencers, overseeing marketing campaigns and strategies across social media platforms.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms. Cultivate relationships with KOLs, media outlets, and third-party agencies to craft impactful brand experiences.
• Conduct thorough research to identify KOLs across diverse digital platforms. Establish a network of KOLs spanning various categories on social media.
• Engage with KOLs, managing their requirements, timelines, and deliverables for campaigns. Collaborate with team members to launch and execute promotional initiatives.
• Effectively negotiate to ensure fair agreements for both parties. Analyze social media engagement metrics and stay abreast of current digital marketing trends.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Management and Entrepreneurship, or any business-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience managing KOLs, influencers, buzzers, or communities.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Filipino is preferred.
• Extensive networking experience with KOLs and influencers.
• Creativity and passion for digital marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• A team player who enjoys interacting with people.
