Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and generating high-quality leads to expand our customer base in the medical supplies industry. This role plays a crucial part in driving business growth by supporting the sales team with qualified prospects and opportunities.
Responsibilities:

• Lead Research and Identification:

Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients in the medical supplies industry, focusing on healthcare institutions, clinics, and other relevant sectors.

• Prospecting and Outreach:

Initiate contact with potential leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to generate interest and create sales opportunities.

• Lead Qualification:

Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet company standards and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.

• Market Analysis:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to continuously improve lead generation strategies.

• Collaboration with Sales Team:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted lead lists, nurture prospects, and ensure a smooth handover of leads for closing deals.
Qualifications:

• Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the medical supplies or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
