This is a project-based employment.
1. Assisting & directly supporting the Head of Legal-PH & the Legal & Risk Assistant Manager for the overall legal, corporate, tax, & insurance compliance of all the four (4) entities in the as well as all the Business Units (BUs).
2. Supporting all BUs in the documentation & records keeping of legal, corporate, contracts & claims concerns as well as handling any administrative works related thereto.
3. Acting as a liaison officer, for and on behalf of Schenker Philippines, with regards to any corporate, tax or legal filings with applicable government agencies, bodies, commissions or courts.
4. In-charged of lodging & updating claims in the web claims system as well as monitoring the existing Contract Tracking System (CTS) for all the contracts of all Schenker entities.
5. Primarily in charged with arranging the notarization of all legal documents.
6. Responsible for the compilation of any supporting documents to be submitted or filed in courts or any government agencies and assists in the physical filing thereof to the applicable government agencies or courts.
