Qualifications:

At least 2 years of college completed or a Bachelor's degree holder.
With 6 months of BPO experience handling international accounts.
Fluent in Mandarin.
Able to speak, write, and understand Simplified and/or Traditional Mandarin/Chinese writing.
Good to excellent communication skills.
Amenable to working onsite in Gilmore, Quezon City.
Amenable to working on a shifting schedule.
Must have a permanent resident and working visa.
Can start as soon as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting customers through emails.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Identifying any problems with the database and taking appropriate action in discussion with the direct superior.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php81,500.00 per month
