Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of college completed or a Bachelor's degree holder.
• With 6 months of BPO experience handling international accounts.
• Fluent in Mandarin.
• Able to speak, write, and understand Simplified and/or Traditional Mandarin/Chinese writing.
• Good to excellent communication skills.
• Amenable to working onsite in Gilmore, Quezon City.
• Amenable to working on a shifting schedule.
• Must have a permanent resident and working visa.
• Can start as soon as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers through emails.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Identifying any problems with the database and taking appropriate action in discussion with the direct superior.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php81,500.00 per month
