I. Brand Management

• Assists the Product and E-Commerce Manager with the following core brand marketing activities:Brand Planning – Develops and executes marketing plans, monitors and evaluates sales performance of assigned brands

Marketing and Communication – Conceptualizes and implements strategies for advertising and marketing communications
Promotions/Events – Plans, executes and evaluates marketing initiatives and trade promotion activities
Product/Packaging Development – Conceptualizes and develops innovative ideas and new product/packaging attributes based on consumer insights and research, develops packaging labels and executes directions from Headquarters and Management
New Product Launch – Develops product briefs and implements launch plans for new products
Market Research – Conducts market research analyses to validate new product and advertising ideas
Merchandising – Conceptualizes and develops merchandising materials for assigned products

• Coordinates with internal teams and external agencies/suppliers as necessary
• Prepares presentations and performs other related marketing administration duties as needed
• Conducts regular trade checks and submits findings and recommendations

II. E-Commerce, Others

• Assists the Product and E-Commerce Manager with the following e-commerce activities:
• Manages the e-commerce platform including but not limited to, driving sales, managing and executing promotional campaigns, providing insights on customer buying behavior, and ensuring good customer service
• Coordinates with other departments and third party agencies in proper inventory management
• Reviews, analyzes and reports sales-related data
• Assists the Product and E-Commerce Manager in handling Company website maintenance and development in coordination with third party agencies
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course
• At least 3 to 5 years work experience in brand management and product development preferably gained from an FMCG firm
• Knowledgeable in Photoshop or any graphic design software
• Knowledgeable in E-Commerce
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Creative, dynamic and flexible
• Willing to report on-site in Greenhills San Juan area
• Willing to travel if needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
