Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising).
• Conduct market research to understand target audiences and industry trends.
• Create high-quality content (blog posts, website copy, social media content, etc.) that is informative, engaging, and aligns with brand messaging.
• Manage and optimize our social media presence to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and recommend data-driven strategies for improvement.
• Support with lead generation and nurturing efforts.
• Assist with website maintenance and content updates.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., sales, design) to ensure seamless marketing execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (3-5 years of relevant experience preferred).
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., CMS, graphic design software) a plus.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and a team player with a positive attitude.
• Experience in automotive industry is a plus
