Quality Assurance (NPS) Specialist

- Assist and support Net Promoter Score (NPS) program implementation across Southeast Asia, requiring travel to regional dealerships and distributors.
- Perform audits of 4S, 3S, and 1S automotive dealerships to ensure compliance with BYD's brand identity (CI) and visual identity (VI) guidelines.
- Provide an overview of the regional BYD NPS landscape and competitive landscape.
- Conduct regular NPS audits to maintain program integrity.
- Manage and maintain the NPS database.
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
