Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
5+ years of experience working with Open Text technologies, with a strong focus on localization and SAP integrations.
Proven experience in consulting roles, delivering successful projects and solutions.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of Open Text products, including Exstream and App Works.
Experience with SAP integrations and document generation processes.
Proficient in Oracle Database management, including SQL and schema creation.
Familiarity with Nginx configuration and reverse proxy implementation.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


How can you contribute to the team?


Solution Design and Implementation:
Design, implement, and optimize Open Text solutions tailored for localization needs, ensuring seamless integration with SAP at the CS, Exstream, and AW levels.
Leverage Open Text Exstream to enhance document generation capabilities, enabling SAP users to create ad-hoc documents from predefined templates.
Technical Expertise:
Provide expert guidance on the use of Open Text technologies, including App Works and Nginx, to ensure optimal performance and security within the OTEX environment.
Manage Oracle Database configurations for data storage related to Open Text AW, Archive, Exstream, and CS, ensuring effective access and schema management.
Integration Management:
Oversee the integration of Nginx as a reverse proxy, ensuring secure navigation of traffic through port 443 and efficient distribution to target servers and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and develop strategies that meet localization project objectives.

Documentation and Best Practices:


Create and maintain detailed documentation for architecture, processes, and configurations related to Open Text solutions.

Establish best practices and standards for implementing Open Text technologies to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Stakeholder Engagement:


Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback.

Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and business users to align technical solutions with business needs.
