Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at Tagaytay, Cavite. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the resort's operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of resort operations.
Operational Management:
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Operational Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
- Ensure smooth coordination between different departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Monitor operational workflows and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and implementing service recovery processes.
- Develop and implement guest service standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Regularly review guest feedback and take appropriate actions to improve the guest experience.
- Recruit, train, and supervise department heads and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs to enhance staff performance and development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the Philippines.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for all departments.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and ensure profitability while maintaining service standards.
- Identify and implement revenue-generating opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure the resort's compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as local and national laws.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and training to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional strategies and packages to attract and retain guests.
- Assist in organizing events, activities, and special promotions to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, guest satisfaction, and financial status for senior management.
- Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and improve operational strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of local regulations and labor laws in the Philippines is a plus.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
