Job Summary:
The Waiter/Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner. They ensure that all guests have a pleasant dining experience by maintaining a high standard of service, hospitality, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Ensure tables are set up properly, clean, and ready for service.
• Monitor guests’ needs, anticipate requests, and respond to them promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining.
• Process guest payments and provide accurate change or receipts.
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, pantry, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other hotel staff to ensure efficient and smooth service.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate (e.g., wine pairings, dessert options).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational courses in Hospitality Management are a plus.
• Previous experience as a waiter/server in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Pay: From Php425.00 per day
