The Human Capital Department is in charge of managing the overall quality and operations of our 2000+ trainers based across the Philippines and in several overseas countries. From recruiting, training, and onboarding, to counseling and providing live support to our trainers, the Human Capital Department ensures that Bizmates trainers are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide quality service of the highest standard to our Japanese students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documents, maintains well-organized and up-to-date records within the company's database as requested by superiors for the purpose of regular reporting and conducting analytical assessments.
- Ensures that inquiries received through the official communication channel are correctly and efficiently addressed or endorsed to the correct department.
- Facilitates and evaluates sessions offered by the department in accordance with the company's established standards to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Renders required teaching availability as needed to help with staffing and ensure that systems and processes in the department stay relevant.
- Performs special projects and tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a related field preferred.
- Contact Center Operations experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Filipino and English, some Japanese a plus
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
