Our Human Capital Department is in charge of managing the overall quality and operations of our 2000+ trainers based across the Philippines and in several overseas countries. From recruiting, training, and onboarding to counseling and providing live support to our trainers, the Quality and Operations Department ensures that Bizmates trainers are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide quality service of the highest standard to our Japanese students.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Keen attention to detail
• Trustworthy
• Impeccable fi ling and organizing skills
• Can type 40 words per minute
• Proficient in MS applications, particularly Word and Excel
• Required: Amenable to work in Alabang

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check accuracy of documents received in our office against soft copy version submitted through our portal
• Log transactions in a secure database
• Sort and fi le physical documents
