Our Human Capital Department is looking for a driven and goal-oriented Operations Manager!
The Human Capital Department is in charge of managing the overall quality and recruitment of our 2000+ trainers based across the Philippines and in several overseas countries. From recruiting, training, and onboarding, to counseling and providing live support to our trainers, the Human Capital Department ensures that Bizmates trainers are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide quality service of the highest standard to our Japanese students.
Responsibilities:
- Leads and delivers client requirements that help identify, design and implement business focused solutions for the company
- Establishes Operations objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates when necessary
- Provides excellent customer service to external and internal clients
- Implements and oversees the quality of deliverables of day-to-day Operations
- Manages team relationships effectively to ensure exceptional performance
- Assumes responsibility in the absence of direct lead or another manager
- Implements solutions, due diligence, transition and knowledge transfer approaches for new or expanding scopes of work
- Provides leadership, mentoring, and supervision of staff
- Oversees performance deviations and implementation of improvement plans and associate coaching as needed
- Conducts regular meetings to improve productivity, knowledge and customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Operations, Resource Management, Project Planning, Business Development, Administration and Training experience required
- Resource Planning and Management experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a related field preferred
- Has stable power supply and internet connection
- Required Skill(s): advanced MS Excel, Google sheets
