The Business Operations Senior Specialist will act as a versatile and dynamic member of our SWAT team, providing essential project management and business support across various functions within the organization. This role is designed for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can swiftly adapt to changing priorities. The Business Operations Senior Specialist will be responsible for supplementing resources and driving key projects to ensure the smooth execution of business initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business success through effective project management and operational support.
The day-to-day activities
Project Management:
Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, coordinating with relevant teams to track progress and address potential roadblocks.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and project status.
Business Support:
Act as a critical support resource for various departments, stepping in to address urgent needs, resource gaps, and high-priority tasks.
Assist in the implementation of business strategies, processes, and operational improvements.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
Resource Supplementation:
Serve as a flexible resource to supplement team capacity during peak periods or when specialized expertise is needed.
Quickly adapt to new tasks and responsibilities, providing hands-on assistance wherever required to ensure business continuity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with teams across the organization, including operations, finance, marketing, and human resources, to support business initiatives.
Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
Reporting and Analysis:
Compile and analyze data to generate reports that provide insights into project performance, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
Use analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable recommendations to enhance business performance.
The must haves Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or a similar role.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and build strong relationships.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
Highly adaptable, resourceful, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
