Operations Staff (BPO SME or Quality Coach)

The Human Capital Operations Staff is responsible for providing real-time assistance to Special Project Independent Contractors, ensuring that all inquiries are answered timely and with accuracy, internal company protocols are adhered to and transactions are documented and tagged with completeness and precision. The Operations Staff also carries out the Department’s initiatives and performs clerical duties as necessary to process mission-critical issues. The operation staff will also render the required teaching availability. Finally, this role will assist his/her immediate superior with other duties as assigned.
  • Ensures that inquiries received through the official communication channel are correctly and efficiently addressed or endorsed to the correct department.
  • Documents, and maintains well-organized and up-to-date records within the company's database as requested by superiors for regular reporting.
  • Facilitates and evaluates sessions of Special Project Contractors following the company's established standards to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Renders required teaching availability as needed to help with staffing and ensure that systems and processes in the department stay relevant.
  • Performs routine tasks in Human Capital Front-office Operations (HC-FO) including, but not limited to, Trainer Support Services (TSS) Supervisor (SUP) duties by approved processes and policies.

  • Performs special projects and tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
  • Recording, auditing transactions and performance of Special Project Contractors (SPCs).
  • Coordinates with co-staff to ensure clear communication among full-time employees and independent contractors for seamless implementation of department policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a related field preferred. Contact Center Operations experience preferred.

  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
