Description
The objective of this role is to source for a part-time support professional to guide members to relevant information, assist with coaching, and address technical inquiries. The role involves primarily email communication, with a transition to Zendesk Helpdesk planned at the start of the agent's onboarding. The firm manages a network of 500 coaching clients and approximately 60 coaches.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in English: Strong command of both written and spoken English is essential for clear and effective communication.

  • Proactive Communication: An ability to anticipate client needs and communicate proactively to address issues before they escalate.
  • Skill to Identify: Being able to assess and determine when initiating a call to a customer is essential for effective issue resolution.
  • Communication Skills: Superior communication abilities are crucial for conveying information clearly and engagingly.

  • Personable Approach: A friendly and approachable demeanor is needed to build and maintain positive client relationships.

  • Relationship-Building: Demonstrated capability in developing and nurturing strong client relationships.

  • Experience with Tools: Familiarity with Notion and/or Zen Desk is required for managing client support tasks efficiently.
  • Be able to identify the priority level of a ticket
  • Experience with High Volume of Tickets
