Job Description:
We are looking for a persuasive Partnership Alliance Officer to promote the company and help build the CLIX Medical Inc. network of doctors and other relevant healthcare professionals. The PAO’s responsibilities include signing up the doctors’ clinics as an accredited CLIX partner facility to grow its primary care center footprint, persuading them to avail of our integrated healthcare services offering, identifying prospective business opportunities for the company, and providing the relevant departments with customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sign up doctors within specified areas of Greater Metro Manila and nearby Luzon initially to be a part of the CLIX network
• Tap into partner establishments/ companies/ local government agencies to promote the services of CLIX Medical Inc. including but not limited to small clinics, laboratories and birthing centers
• Sell the company's offerings (integrated healthcare solutions, etc) to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain good business relationships with partners
• Following up on leads generated by the company
• Prepare and conduct presentations for potential partners/customers
• Conduct research on competitor market performance
• Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, pharmacy, life sciences, or allied medical sciences (medical technology, radiology)
• Medical sales experience will be a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
• Valid driver's license
• Strong leadership, negotiation and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Persuasive and resilient
