By joining us as an Analyst, Payroll, you will be one of the key members who will ensure that the US operations are achieving the desired level of customer service through operational support to achieve the Global HRIS and Payroll Operations service level goals.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for processing US and non-US payrolls. You will run the payroll interface, balance and analyze General Ledger figures, and ensure the accuracy of the data extracted from the system. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
Related experience in a shared services industry (Payroll or HR processing).
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in English written and oral communication skills.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

To run the payroll interface and ensure the accuracy of data extracted from the system.
To process interfaces, balance and analyze General Ledger figures, and report to St. Louis counterparts for any discrepancies or abnormal highs and lows.
To ensure that the payroll calculations are accurate.
To maintain and update employee records and tax information.
