Product Coordinator (Admin/VA/CSR Expert) - WFH/US Account

Our client is looking for an Events Coordinator internally known as Product Coordinator who will be responsible for rapidly creating and managing unique live entertainment packages (sports, concert, and theater) on the company’s core websites and other collaborating sales channels. This position will also be responsible for the swift editing, updating, and placement of all content to ensure the best overall user experience. Candidates must be able to demonstrate longevity in positions. Proven keys to success in this department is a heightened focus on attention to detail while instituting our systematic approach and ensuring timely output. Ideal candidates will have a very keen intuition, be extremely organized, be able to follow directions, work well with others, and be able to adjust to an ever-changing and dynamic industry.
WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Create and manage VIP package offers, utilizing multiple platforms including Point of Sale and proprietary software to rapidly create, publish, and manage VIP package offers, ensuring products are brought to market swiftly and efficiently
- Assist the VIP Product team with administrative duties to expand reach and boost production, prioritizing speed, and accuracy
- Adhere to product management best practices as outlined by the VIP Product Manager, including swift and regular content maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure timely and accurate updates
- Collaborate with the VIP Product team to effectively manage workflow, prioritize tasks, maximize output, and increase revenue with a sense of urgency
- Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet departmental goals, strategies, and objectives, emphasizing speed and precision
- Stay vigilant to industry trends and technological changes, reacting quickly to both positive and negative developments to maintain a competitive edge
- Identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring that any anomalies are addressed quickly to maintain the highest standards of product delivery
- Assist with other duties as directed by the VIP Product Manager, with a focus on rapid execution and continuous improvement
- A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
- 1-2 years of related experience (event production, VIP services, hospitality, ticketing)
- Experience with Zoom (online meeting software) and Slack
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail and follow-up
- Must have strong computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook
- Positive, patient, and friendly attitude
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills required
- Excellent writing, verbal communication, and time management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility in schedule including the ability to work Eastern Time and on weekends when necessary
- Must have a passion for sports, concert, and theater events
