- Raw material inventory and planning.
- Production planning, timeline and monitoring.
- Trouble shooting in production related to output and quality of the product.
- Submission of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Reports, BRM to Site Head
- ISO documentation, GMP implementation / other audit preparation.
- Material balancing and production materials stock monitoring.
- Coordination of daily production, quality control and maintenance reports in order to improve over all operation
- Evaluate and plan appropriate training for employees to improve work performance.
- Assist in new trail.
- To establish/implement/comply to GMP, HACCP, & FSSC policies & SOPs.
- To establish/implement/comply to Waste Management (Solid & Hazardous) policies & SOPs.
- To establish/implement/comply to OSHAS policies & SOPs.
- To establish/implement/comply to Energy Management policies & SOPs.
- To establish/implement/comply to regulatory & statutory regulations with regards to business, labor code, PNP, PDEA, IATF against COVID, FDA, and other stakeholders.
- Perform other related task as necessity may require.
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree of any Engineering course with professional license.
- Atleast with 5 years experience as Production Manager.
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
- Good communication skills
- Amenable to work in Batino, Calamba Laguna.
- Can start ASAP.
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
