Quality Manager (Job Description)
· Ensures consistent quality of products for internal & external customers.
· Effectively and efficiently utilize allocated resources.
· Champion in creating quality improvement programs.
· Participates in HACCP and food safety documents review.
· Ensures that all company rules and regulations are implemented within the plant.
· Prepares Quality Plan from Incoming to Outgoing.
· Prepare Sampling Analysis Plan.
· Conducts inspection to processing (Incoming, In Process to Out Going).
· Uses statistical techniques for the observation of product quality performance and trends.
· Coordinates / participates in internal audit, on site audit and supplier’s audit.
· Develops the Internal Quality Audit Schedule/Plan for actual implementation of the Quality Management System.
· Prepares and presents necessary information and documentation for the Management Review Meeting.
· Liaises with all Business Proponents/Department Heads to conduct a process reviews of their departmental procedures, work instructions and forms for continuous improvement purposes and/or alignment with the Quality Manual
· Reviews, assesses, and recommends updates for the Quality Manual.
· Implements inventory control and maintenance program for laboratory equipment.
· Prepares periodic reports to update upper management.
· Mentors, manages & monitors work performance of deployed employees according to KPIs.
· Develops a yearly Strategic Planning including Targets.
· Assists the Site Head in achieving operational effectiveness.
Quality Manager (Qualification)
· Graduate of Chemical Engineering or equivalent course
· At least 15 years of work experience in Quality Management
· Minimum of 10 years work experience as Quality Manager
· With experience in continuous chemical process plants.
· Experience with Laboratory Equipment such as DSC, Moisture Analyzer, Gas Chromatography.
· With Strong Leadership / Decision Making ability based on Optimal Conditions.
· Experience with Lean 6 Sigma is an Advantage
· Experience in GMP, HACCP is an Advantage
· Strong Coaching and Mentoring Skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
