• Raw material inventory and planning.
• Production planning, timeline and monitoring.
• Trouble shooting in production related to output and quality of the product.
• Submission of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Reports, BRM to Site Head
• ISO documentation, GMP implementation / other audit preparation.
• Material balancing and production materials stock monitoring.
• Coordination of daily production, quality control and maintenance reports in order to improve over all operation
• Evaluate and plan appropriate training for employees to improve work performance.
• Assist in new trail.
• To establish/implement/comply to GMP, HACCP, & FSSC policies & SOPs.
• To establish/implement/comply to Waste Management (Solid & Hazardous) policies & SOPs.
• To establish/implement/comply to OSHAS policies & SOPs.
• To establish/implement/comply to Energy Management policies & SOPs.
• To establish/implement/comply to regulatory & statutory regulations with regards to business, labor code, PNP, PDEA, IATF against COVID, FDA, and other stakeholders.
• Perform other related task as necessity may require.

Qualification:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree of any Engineering course with professional license.
• Atleast with 5 years experience as Production Manager.
• Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
• Good communication skills
• Amenable to work in Batino, Calamba Laguna.
• Can start ASAP.

Experience:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
