Job Description:
· Maintains laboratory equipment performance by establishing quality standards; developing
operations, quality, and troubleshooting procedures; ensuring staff compliance; certifying instrument performance; arranging equipment replacement, service, and repair.
· Maintains laboratory supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level;
anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
· Maintains laboratory productivity by monitoring workload of functional areas; identifying
peak and slack periods; making operational or staffing adjustment.
· Maintains laboratory information system by identifying information needs and problems;
recommending improvements; establishing priorities; testing; writing user manuals; training
employees; maintaining security and confidentiality.
· Implements new programs, tests, methods, instrumentation, and procedures by
investigating alternatives; preparing proposals; developing and performing parallel testing;
monitoring progress.
· Maintains laboratory staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
· Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up
· on work results.
· Maintains medical laboratory staff results by counseling and disciplining employees;
planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
· Provides administrative support for the Sales & Marketing by acting as manager on call for
technical concerns at the laboratory.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Upholding health and safety protocols.
· Reporting directly to the CEO
Laboratory Head Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelors Degree in any Medical related course or Business Administration/Management
· Experience working in a dental laboratory would be advantageous
· Managing Processes

· Equipment Maintenance
· Training, Analyzing Information, Informing Others, Quality Focus
· Preferably Exposed in the Lab Environment or manufacturing facility
· Technical Understanding
Work Set-up:
· Amenable to work in Mandaluyong, City,
· Monday-Saturday
· 8am- 5pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php38,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
