Description & Requirements

Leads in writing test cases, executing the tests to ensure that developed products meet design specifications and strict quality standards. Communicates with product developers, technical support specialists on product issues and stakeholders in a timely manner.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Develops an understanding of the industry’s usage of Infor applications and incorporates this into the test requirements, design, cases and scripts.
Analyze requirements of software changes or feature enhancements.
Leads in writing test cases, executing the tests and providing feedback to stakeholders on the testing effort on a regular basis
Perform different testing methodologies including, but not limited to, feature testing, regression testing, installation testing
Collaborate with business analysts, QAs and developers to review, modify and sign off test plans to ensure 100% test coverage.
Analyzes test output to ensure functionality regression and new feature of the products during a release cycle
Documents test scripts in a common repository and logs product failure issues into the problem tracking system.
Uses automated testing tools and test frameworks for automated functional testing.

What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
With at least 5 years’ experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance
At least 1-2 years knowledge/concepts and experience in test automation (Selenium, UFT or Katalon Studio)
Knowledge of software development processes, models, lifecycles and methodologies
Strong experience in test-planning, designing, defect tracking and test case/script creation and execution
Strong work experience in testing web applications, API, rest services, web services
Ability to maintain high quality standards in writing and executing test cases, bug reporting and verification
Has experience in environment maintenance, database maintenance
In-depth knowledge of industry standard QA methodologies
Ability to analyze and understand requirements, accurately estimate task durations and meet schedules
Can manage and lead small projects with QAs
