Responsibilities

• Register costings into the system (auto rating/costing)
• Enter/update new rates (lines) - client/supplier upon registration of supplier invoices, check and approve buy rates with supplier invoice
• Confirm supplier invoices once posted based on the buy rates/quotation/costings
• Match up / check the AR invoice posted in comparison to the quotation/client rate
• Coordinate with supplier and client for rate validity
• Send discrepancies to relevant contacts in the office
• Detention processing

Requirements

• At least 2-year of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or
• Shipping industry is a requirement
• Must have high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Must have excellent communication and typing skills
• With advanced knowledge in MS Office
• Willing to work in Ortigas area
• Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
