What are the Key Responsibilities?
- Responsible for managing the full-lifecycle recruitment process from requisition up to the onboarding of new employees.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, professional associations, and other creative methods to identify potential candidates.
- Initiate and maintain communication with potential candidates to assess their interest and fit for specific roles
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role and refine candidate profiles.
- Track and report on key sourcing metrics, such as the number of candidates sourced, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
- Provide insights on sourcing effectiveness and recommend improvements to sourcing strategies.
- Monitors the candidate journey, from screening and interviewing to providing feedback and negotiating offers of employment.
- Improves and implements the current recruitment process, recommending best practices and striving to deliver a good candidate experience.
- Reviews and validates the information in the Personnel Requisition Form (PRF). Ensures all hiring are supported by an approved PRF.
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- At least 1- 2 years experience In Talent Acquisition
- Ability to work on several hiring targets simultaneously
- Familiarity with different job boards, HRIS, database management, and internet search methods
- Advanced knowledge of social media networks and leveraging it for attraction of candidates
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Can work from MONDAYS through SATURDAYS
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
