The Recruitment Specialist (Project-based) is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure that the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best talent. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing effective recruiting strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
S/he will also be accountable in preparing and extending approved job offers to candidates and ensuring that the offers are accepted and explained to candidates in detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure understanding of the business requirement and department operations to have a better appreciation of the Job Description
- Ensure job postings are well-written and posted on relevant platforms.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening and effective interviewing processes using competency-based interview technique.
- Active participation in Job fairs and on-site caravans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Aid in the coordination and conduct of in-person interviews of hiring managers to evaluate candidates.
- Conduct thorough and effective job offer briefing with candidates from initial offer to acceptance.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.
- Graduate of Psychology or any equivalent bachelor's degree
- With at least three years of work experience as a Recruiter
- Flexible, has keen attention to details, and trustworthy
- MUST BE WILLING TO UNDERGO PROJECT-BASED EMPLOYMENT FOR SIX MONTHS
- Willing to report onsite in Makati City
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From Php23,000.00 per month
