Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage volume hiring of blue collar and white-collar workers, ideally with experience in serving Australian clients. Based in the Philippines, this role is pivotal in supporting our dynamic growth and international operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to hire blue collar and white-collar workers across various sectors.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify talents in a competitive market.
- Conduct detailed interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless selection process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
- Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates and reduce time-to-hire.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in volume hiring and manpower management.
- Experience recruiting for Australian clients is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and candidate databases.
- Must be willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
