Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Work set up: Work from home
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Dayshift)
Salary offer: 17K - 20K (Depending on the experience and result during the interviews)
- With 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience
- Preferably with a BPO or Recruitment firm background
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Tech-savvy and go-getter
- Amenable to work from home with own working device and equipment
- Responsible for actively calling and texting candidates and assisting them throughout their recruitment process with our BPO Partners
- Send daily endorsements and follow-ups to the clients
- Sourcing and screening applicants ( only if necessary)
- Close coordination with the team and recruiters for real time updates
- Attend client and team meetings
- Monitoring and updating candidates' application status
- Fix weekends off, Monday to Friday
- No work during Philippine holidays
