Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Work set up: Work from home
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Dayshift)
Salary offer: 17K - 20K (Depending on the experience and result during the interviews)

• With 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience
• Preferably with a BPO or Recruitment firm background
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Tech-savvy and go-getter
• Amenable to work from home with own working device and equipment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for actively calling and texting candidates and assisting them throughout their recruitment process with our BPO Partners
• Send daily endorsements and follow-ups to the clients
• Sourcing and screening applicants ( only if necessary)
• Close coordination with the team and recruiters for real time updates
• Attend client and team meetings
• Monitoring and updating candidates' application status
