About the role
Join the growing team at Agri Exim Global Philippines Inc. as a Recruitment Supervisor. In this full-time position based in Davao del Sur Davao, you will play a key role in overseeing the recruitment of top talent to support the company's expansion and growth initiatives.
What you'll be doing

• Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design job postings
• Review and screen applications, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline and database to support ongoing recruitment needs
• Provide guidance and support to junior recruitment team members
• Analyse recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and employment regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment or human resources
• Strong understanding of the latest recruitment best practices and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate complex recruitment challenges
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
