Position: SAAS Customer Success Engineer

We are looking for a Saa S Customer Success Engineer to join our innovative team! In this role, you will leverage your skills in delivering engaging demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions to potential clients.
If you have a background in software marketing and a passion for presenting, this is the role for you!
Location: Iloilo City

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in software marketing or a similar sales role.
• Exceptional skills in delivering presentations and conducting demos.
• Experience in configuring systems for product demonstrations.
• Strong English communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Customer-focused with a passion for engaging and persuading clients.
• Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with Sales Team
  • Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of the platform to showcase its features and benefits.
  • Participate in customer meetings alongside sales representatives to provide technical insights and answer technical questions.
  • Managing customer trials.
  • Provide training to customers as part of customer onboarding.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to review their product experience and progress, and address any concerns.
  • Driving adoption by encouraging customers to fully utilize the product by highlighting features and demonstrating the value.
