Saas Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Saa S Administrator to manage and optimize our portfolio of Software-as-a-Service (Saa S) applications. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation, security, and scalability of our Saa S platforms, enabling our teams to work efficiently and securely.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Saa S Applications: Administer and support all Saa S applications, including user provisioning, configuration, and license management.
  • Monitor Performance: Continuously monitor application performance and usage, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal operation.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures to protect data integrity and privacy. Ensure all applications comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Saa S applications with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • User Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to end-users, helping them maximize the value of the Saa S tools.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to manage contracts, renewals, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience managing Saa S applications.
  • Strong understanding of Saa S platforms, security practices, and IT compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
