JOB MISSION/SUMMARY -
SALES ASSISTANT Responsible for handling and overseeing brands/stores assigned. Managing its operations to ensure maximum financial return, and taking part in the company's growing online business with the supervision of a Senior Account Officer.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES *Assist the Sr. Account Officer in research, data gathering, scheduling, and preparation of sales reports
*Proactively coordinate and communicate with the sales group and inter-department effectively.
*Assist in facilitating, monitoring, coordinating, and safekeeping of all Sales Admin related documents
*Maintains and keeps up-to-date files/records and reports and ensure all documents are properly filed and stored for the reference of the Company.
*Update the immediate superior on the day-to-day task in a timely manner.
*Act as a point contact of the immediate superior in meetings, sales updates, and other sales-related matters.*Administer and ensure plans are well implemented and executed.*Manage to do the task efficiently and accurately.*Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
