Sales Operations Supervisor are generally required to have a significant amount of experience working in a relevant sales or sales operations role. They should be able to demonstrate their knowledge and proficiency in sales operations management through previous roles, even if not as a manager. More senior positions generally require candidates to have at least five years of experience with at least two of those years in a sales operations management role.
Sales Operations Supervisor education and training requirements
Sales Operations Supervisor should have a bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant fields. Courses and majors or minors in subjects such as management, finance, statistics and marketing may be an asset. Some candidates may not need a bachelor’s degree if they have an equivalent level of professional experience.
