Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and promote our industrial-sized heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment to commercial accounts. This role involves building strong customer relationships, preparing competitive bids, and achieving sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain separate lists for new prospects and existing customers.
• Promote and sell industrial-sized HVAC equipment to commercial accounts.
• Support solutions and designs tailored to customer requirements.
• Prioritize prospect clients and customers based on potential sales volume, profitability, and timeline.
• Build relationships and establish a loyal customer network to drive market growth.
• Supervise and organize bid preparation to ensure accuracy in costing.
• Prepare proposals based on technical specifications and project requirements.
• Consider installation costs, including labor, and submit competitive bids.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or a related course.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred; experience in the HVAC industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the local market is a plus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
