As a Sales Staff member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within the mall's retail establishments. You will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining a neat and organized store environment, and achieving sales targets. Your friendly demeanor, product knowledge, and ability to work well in a team will contribute to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and problem-solving skills.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Actively promote sales and special promotions to customers.
• Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Ensure products are neatly displayed and restocked as needed.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or security issues to supervisors.
• Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products offered.
• Continuously update knowledge of promotions and sales.
• Work collaboratively with other sales staff and team members.
• Assist in training new employees when required.
• Monitor and prevent theft or unauthorized activities in the store.
• Follow established loss prevention guidelines.

Qualifications:

• At least College Level
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
