We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with expertise in React to help us build world-class products and shape the future of online gaming in the region.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend React Developer to work on our in-house online casino platform. You will be responsible for developing new user-facing features, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and optimising the platform for maximum speed and scalability. This role requires a strong focus on performance, security, and a deep understanding of the gaming industry’s regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and improve the user interface of online casino products using React.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality, responsive web applications.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and scalable code, adhering to industry best practices.
• Optimise application performance, ensuring fast loading times and smooth gameplay.
• Implement security best practices, ensuring the frontend is secure and compliant with industry regulations.
• Integrate APIs and communicate with backend services to fetch and display real-time data.
• Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to improving development processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in frontend development and the i Gaming industry.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a solid knowledge of React JS.
• Strong proficiency in Java Script (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Type Script for building scalable and maintainable applications.
• Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and Web Sockets.
• Knowledge of frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and ESLint.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and Gitlab.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially with complex UI elements.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working with responsive and mobile-first designs.
• Understanding of web performance optimisation techniques (e.g., lazy loading, code splitting).
• Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWA).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerisation tools such as Docker.
• Knowledge of the regulatory landscape of the Philippine gaming market is a plus.
• Prior experience in the i Gaming or online casino industry is highly desirable.
• Experience with Graph QL is a plus.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
