Job Description:
- Oversee the production, development and execution of marketing programs and strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Provide feedback and implement improvements and changes to marketing activities, internal marketing policies and processes, where necessary.
- Create customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction.
- Oversee market studies and research activities to gain insights regarding the company's marketing projects.
- Create, proofread, and publish quality B2B content and copy across multiple platforms (printed marketing collaterals, social media, articles, videos, websites, and others).
- Make sure to be updated with the latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
- With Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent
- With at least 5 to 7 years related experience
- Articulate in both written and verbal English communication
- Willing to do field works and meet clients
