Senior Operations Manager
We are seeking a driven and organized Senior Operations Manager to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our day-to-day operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of tasks, including building and leading a high-performing team and managing resources.

Responsibilities:

Talent Management:
Recruit, interview, and select qualified candidates for open positions.
Onboard new hires and provide comprehensive training programs.
Manage employee performance through evaluations, coaching, and development plans.
Make recommendations regarding employee terminations (if applicable).

Resource Optimization:
Manage capacity and resource allocation to ensure efficient workflow.
Oversee software licenses and ensure we have the necessary infrastructure to meet operational needs.

Team Leadership:
Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Manage team schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained.
Address employee concerns and work to resolve conflicts effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and relevant software tools.

Work Setup: We work 100% onsite at our office in BGC!

Office Location: One World Place, 32nd St., BGC, Taguig (near Uptown, Kidzania)

Shift Schedule: follows PST hours • 11PM to 8AM • 12MN to 9AM

Employment Type: Full-time • Permanent
