Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and support web applications and integration services.
- Troubleshoot application failures and recommend solutions.
- Optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Ensure compliance with software processes and procedures.
- Drive continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Communicate project deliverables to stakeholders.
- Occasionally work outside normal hours to meet deadlines.
- Foster a vibrant workplace culture and lead initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in C# and Microsoft.NET.
- Familiarity with React JS, Java Script, and j Query.
- Experience with MS SQL Server and Transact-SQL.
- Agile development experience.
- Proficiency with Source Versioning Tools (e.g., GIT).
- Understanding of database design.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
