Key Responsibilities:
· Provide excellent customer service by greeting and seating guests promptly.
· Take and process orders accurately, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen team.
· Serve food and beverages efficiently and with attention to detail.
· Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
· Assist in setting up dining areas for special events or high-volume service periods.
· Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
· Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations during busy shifts.
· Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a dining or hospitality role is preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
· Strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset.
· Availability to work on short notice, including evenings and weekends.
· With NBI/National Police Clearance Certificate.
