We are seeking an Staff Accountant to enhance the accounting function and provide insights that will drive operations performance for our Sales, Design, and Admin Department. This individual is expected to have strong analysis, organizational, and communication skills. Most of all, they will be committed to guiding the Company’s long-term success.
Required Skills and Core Competencies:

• Must possess high ethical standards and operate with honesty and integrity.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• A self-starter that can plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines; and manage competing priorities.
• Proven working knowledge of payroll processing, bookkeeping, taxation, etc.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Must be tech-savvy, highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a particular focus on Excel.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or any related field. MBA, CPA, CFA certification or an advanced degree is a plus.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or operations functions.
• Has proven experience of working productively in a fast paced and agile environment.

Location: Office address is Silang, Cavite but it's located near Laguna Techno Hub and Nuvalli. (Boundary of Silang and Sta. Rosa)

Pay: Php32,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
